Dynamic Incentives appear when major delays are detected before or during your trip. These timely alerts give you choices:

• Stick with your original route, or

• Explore smarter alternatives like transit, biking, walking or shifting your travel time.

Each option comes with extra rewards in GoMyWayVA™ Coins. You can accept an offer quickly by selecting Good to Go, or use the Make a Deal feature to negotiate for more—up to three times per trip.

How It Works

• Schedule a Trip: Schedule an upcoming trip at least an hour beforehand so the app can check on your route.

• Pre-Trip Alerts: Sent an hour or more before a scheduled trip to warn of major congestion or delays.

• Real-Time Alerts: Delivered during your trip to give you an immediate alternative when conditions change.

For each alert, you’ll see extra reward offers tied to specific travel alternatives. Choose to accept (Good to Go), negotiate (Make a Deal) or No Thanks to continue with more insights about your original plan—it’s always up to you.
