What is the GoMyWayVA™ Wallet? 

Your in-app Wallet is just like your real wallet, only digital, making purchases easier and more convenient than ever. Within the Wallet, you’ll find:

• Coins (your GoMyWayVA™ currency, 1 Coin is equivalent to $1)

• Raffle Tickets (you’ll be eligible to win a prize)

• Rewards (gift cards to seven different retailers)

• Payment Methods (debit cards, credit cards, or Apple Pay)

How Do Coins Work?

Coins are how you pay for services and rewards in the GoMyWayVA™ app. As you earn reward Coins for making better travel choices in Northern Virginia, completing Challenges, and more, they’ll be deposited in your Wallet. You can spend your Coins on gift cards to stores like Amazon, Starbucks, Target and more. You can easily buy more Coins with just a few taps.

How Do Raffle Tickets Work?

From time to time GoMyWayVA™ will run contests and campaigns offering you the opportunity to earn Raffle Tickets by using the app. Those raffle tickets are stored in your Wallet and count as an entry to win that campaign’s prize. If you’re a lucky winner, we’ll let you know! 

How Do I Get a Gift Card? 

Once you have at least 5 Coins, you can redeem them for a digital gift card! Just tap the Rewards button and choose the type of gift card you’d like as well as the amount. Once you complete your redemption, a digital gift card will be emailed to the address you created your account with.
