Step 1: Download the app and create your account
Step 2: Go to your account
Step 3: Scroll down and tap on “Help Desk”
Step 4: Tap on the comment symbol in the upper right corner to start a conversation
Step 5: Type the word “Pioneer” in the box and hit “send”. Keep an eye on your email and app notifications for further instructions!
